Warrior’s point guard Stephen Curry’s wife, Ayesha Curry, sent the Twitter world into a frenzy when she tweeted her opinion on the latest fashion trends.
I personally found nothing wrong with her statements. Twitter’s sole purpose is to share your thoughts, opinions, pictures and just about whatever you want as long as it’s legal. People began maliciously attacking Ayesha for her harmless tweets. Some even went as far as digging up old photos of her in a ONE-PIECE bathing suit sitting beside a POOL holding her infant.
As I’ve repeatedly stated, everyone has a different style. If she wants to keep her goodies “covered up for the one who matters,” then that is her choice. If other like to live on the wild side and reveal more of their body in their outfit choices, then that is also their choice. I really don’t believe she meant to offend, nor judge anyone in the process of commenting on a few looks she saw in a magazine. People have to lighten up a bit and refrain from taking everything so literal.
Clearly Ayesha’s preferred style is more on the conservative side compared to many of the current trends, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. Therefore, dress in what you feel comfortable in and what your body type allows, and let people express their freedom of speech without attacking their morals.
