With the MLB winter meeting coming up, the cardinals’ first priority is to find another ace pitcher since John Lackey signed with the cubs. The two aces that are free agents this year are David Price and Jordan Zimmerman. David Price just recently signed with the Red Sox. the cardinals know there isn’t much time before Zimmerman makes a decision but they feel comfortable at the offer they gave him and hoping he will sign.
